Self-Consuming

"Self-Consuming" is a porcelain installation exploring the theme of self-exhaustion and self-consumption in modern society. Fragmented body parts—hands, feet, and faces—symbolize the emotional and physical toll we place on ourselves, often unconsciously. The use of porcelain highlights the fragility and resilience of the human condition, while the contrast between soft and vibrant colours reflects the tension between beauty and decay.

This work prompts reflection on how societal pressures and internal conflicts can lead to self-destruction, urging viewers to consider their own boundaries and habits of self- consumption.
